Kanda is seeking dedicated team members to provide meaningful support to people with disabilities. In this role, you will:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with varying disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Support individuals in attending medical appointments, accessing community resources, social inclusion, and wellbeing activities.
- Monitor and document client progress and care provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, therapists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.

Requirements:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or be willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement
- Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
- Valid unrestricted drivers licence
- Experience supporting people with disabilities in community or residential settings
- Background in related support fields such as mental health, aged care etc.
