Support Worker – Disability & Aged Care
ABLE-i is seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Disability and Aged Care Support Worker.
This role involves supporting clients with daily living tasks and community engagement, both in their homes and in the community. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, empathetic, and passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
About You:
- You have experience working with aged care clients and/or children, or you’re currently studying in the disability, allied health, or education sectors.
- You have a sound understanding of Autism, developmental delay, and the unique support needs of each individual.
- You ideally hold qualifications or experience in education support, teacher aide work, or similar fields.
Requirements:
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle with insurance
- Availability for weekdays and some weekends
Desirable:
- Willingness to assist with household cleaning – higher pay rates will apply for these duties.

Pay: $35.15 – $69.00 per hour
Experience:
- working with children or studying in the field: 1 year (Preferred)
