Dental Front Office Administrator

We’re looking for an experienced dental front office administrator to join our friendly team at Mend Dental.
What you’ll do:
- Greet and assist patients
- Manage appointments in D4W
- Handle phone/email enquiries
- Process payments, invoicing & daily reconciliations
- Assist with HR, rostering & admin
About you:
- Dental or medical front office experience
- Confident using D4W
- Friendly, organised & great with people
- We welcome applications from staff with corporate or insurance dental centre experience, and from those returning to the workforce
Hours: 4 days/week (part-time) or full-time
