About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Practice Manager to lead our clinic with a focus on exceptional patient care and streamlined operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to elevate our team and contribute to our mission of outstanding dental service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor dental and administrative staff, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional development.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, inventory control, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Oversee billing, budgeting, and financial reporting, ensuring effective monitoring of practice revenue and expenses.
- Patient Relations: Enhance patient satisfaction by addressing concerns and improving the overall patient experience.
- Compliance: Ensure the practice meets all regulatory requirements while maintaining high clinical and operational standards.
- Marketing & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to promote the practice and attract new patients.
About You: The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Dental Practice Manager, embodying efficiency and collaborative leadership. You should be proactive, organized, and skilled in prioritizing tasks to ensure seamless operations. A commitment to professional development for both yourself and your team is essential.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in dental or healthcare management.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software and general office applications.
- Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a dental or healthcare management role.
- Certification in Dental Practice Management is preferred but not required.
