About the Opportunity:
As a Business Partner, Medical Workforce, you will play a key leadership role within the Medical Workforce Unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality end-to-end services across medical recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and workforce governance. You'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and policies while driving initiatives that strengthen attraction, retention and service delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Lead operational delivery of medical workforce services including attraction, recruitment, credentialing and governance.
- Provide expert advice and support to the Manager, Medical Workforce on matters related to policy, strategy and risk.
- Drive continuous improvement by mentoring team members and contributing to workforce capability development.
- Support strategic initiatives that improve medical workforce engagement, service delivery and retention across the District.
- Ensure all processes are aligned with industrial Awards, legislative obligations and NSW Health policy.

About You:
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in medical or clinical recruitment services within a complex, regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment governance, credentialing frameworks and industrial awards relevant to the medical workforce.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and drive service improvements in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in business systems and workforce platforms, with a focus on compliance and performance reporting.
