Seeking two enthusiastic and experienced Diploma educators with a minimum of 2 years' experience. With ONE having the opportunity to step into the role of Educational Leader. An ideal opportunity for those with a strong pedagogical foundation, in-depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQF, and proven experience leading teams through the Assessment and Rating process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging and age-appropriate programs and activities.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children.
- Observe and assess children’s development and progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience.
- Maintain a clean and organised classroom setting.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's activities and progress.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and organisational policies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Qualification
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)..
- Valid Working with Children Check
