About the Role
This is a permanent part-time or full-time opportunity, with consistent shifts and strong support from your Lead Educators and Centre Leadership Team.
In this role, you’ll:
Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team
Support the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of children
Contribute to program planning, observations, and documentation
Live Journey’s values in your day-to-day practice
Uphold our See, Act, Tell safeguarding framework
About You
You’re a passionate, caring educator who brings warmth, energy, and a genuine love for early learning.
You’ll need:
A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
A valid Working with Children Check (state-specific)
Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
Experience supporting play-based programs and routines
