About the Role
This is a flexible position (part-time or full-time, 4 days per week) where you’ll play an important role in ensuring our practice runs smoothly and our patients feel looked after from the moment they walk through the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Instrument sterilisation & adherence to infection control protocols
- Processing HICAPS claims and handling patient payments
- Scheduling, confirming, and managing patient appointments
- Providing warm and professional patient care from welcome to farewell
- Coordinating recalls and following up patients post-treatment
- Maintaining a high level of organisation and efficiency within the practice
- Supporting the team with day-to-day tasks and clinical flow
- Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dental experience is essential (including sterilisation duties)
- Knowledge of D4W software is an advantage (training can be provided)
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- A caring, approachable manner and excellent customer service skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
