About the Role
As an instructional leader, you will be focused on ensuring all students develop their global competencies so they can transition into the future workforce with confidence and resilience. The successful applicant will, as Deputy Principal (Senior Schooling), be responsible for leading the within our school:
Academic leadership - QCAA processes; QCE tracking of student outcomes; supporting the VET RTO Manager
Welfare and Engagement leadership - PBL Tier I, PBL Tiers II & III, Wellbeing
Events/Operational leadership - Assemblies, Celebrations, Year 11 & 12 Exams, Staff Meetings
HR leadership - Heads of Year, YLC/Lead Teacher group, Year 11 & 12 YLCs, Non-teaching Wellbeing Team
