About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Leading Hand - Diesel Fitters to oversee the team in Gladstone. This position will:
Perform Leading hand responsibilities, overseeing the daily work of others
Perform trades duties associated with workshop and/or site operations
Use tools, machinery, and vehicles in the completion of tasks
What You’ll Need
- Trade qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience with heavy earthmoving equipment
- A strong focus on safety and getting the job done right
- Problem-solving skills and pride in your work
- Manual Drivers Licence
- Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
- Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug and alcohol screening, and inductions
