About the role
We are seeking a Part Time (22.8 hours per week), Fixed Term (1/9/2025 – 1/6/2026) Grade 2 Dietitian to join our community health team in Bacchus Marsh and Melton. The team offers individual and group based interventions across a diverse population group in the west. We work across a small inpatient and community health environment. You will have access to regular clinical supervision and support from a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide individualised support to clients needing nutritional support
- Support the development and running of group programs to address healthy eating and food security needs
- Support the multidisciplinary team
About you:
- You have experience in community environments is desirable
- You have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Will have a passion for delivering high quality care working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team

Western Health also provides the primary healthcare service at the Dame Phyllis Frost Centre, a women’s prison located in Ravenhall.
