We are seeking a Consultant Digital Learning to provide support for our Organisational Development Department.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Lead Organisational Capability, responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:
- Provide expertise in the development, implementation and management of digital learning strategies, programs and solutions Develop contemporary blended learning solutions to scale learning across our organisation
- Create engaging and effective digital learning experiences by applying learning theories and technologies
- Develop and maintain digital learning resources such as online solutions (e.g. eLearn's and forms)
- Analyse learner data to identify trends, measure learning effectiveness and improve digital learning experience
About you
To be considered for this position you will:
- Have proven experience in digital learning design and development
- Able to apply adult learning principles into practical solutions
- Have worked with Learning Management systems
- Be proficient in use of Articulate or other authoring systems
- Able to provide subject matter expertise and advice supporting the organisation to implement digital/blended learning strategies
