Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for crafting, implementing, and managing effective marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives, drive audience engagement, and build brand awareness. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, creative content development, and data analysis to engage target audiences and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Implementation:
- Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility across digital and traditional channels.
- Develop targeted advertising approaches to drive product awareness, engage key demographics, and support sales targets.
- Manage campaign timelines and budgets to ensure efficient, on-time, and cost-effective delivery.
- Stakeholder and Client Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to understand marketing needs, define campaign objectives, and ensure alignment with broader brand goals.
- Offer insights and recommendations on marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences and showcase the unique benefits of products and services.
- Creative Content Coordination:
- Oversee the creation and distribution of creative content, coordinating with designers, copywriters, and media specialists to ensure cohesive, high-quality messaging across all channels.
- Ensure that campaign content is engaging, audience-specific, and in line with brand guidelines, with distribution across social media, email, and website platforms.
- Market Research and Data Analysis:

- Analyse campaign data to measure key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and return on investment (ROI), and use findings to inform future campaigns.
- Marketing Objectives and Business Development:
- Set and track marketing goals that align with broader business growth initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve consistency and impact.
- Support long-term marketing planning by identifying opportunities for brand growth and market reach, driven by data insights and emerging trends.
- Market and Audience Development:

- Digital Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and manage content calendars for social media, email, and digital channels, ensuring consistent, relevant, and engaging messaging.
- Regularly update and optimise digital content with best-practice SEO techniques to improve online visibility, drive organic traffic, and boost user engagement.
- Performance Tracking and Optimisation:
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports with actionable insights, optimising future campaigns to ensure continuous improvement in marketing outcomes.
- Pricing Strategy and Profitability Analysis:
- Use market data to assess the impact of pricing strategies, collaborating with finance and marketing teams to make informed adjustments that enhance profitability and competitiveness.

Education and Experience:
