  • Ability to interpret data and generate reports to assess campaign performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team objectives.

About the Role

Reporting to the Digital Media Lead, the Digital Media Coordinator will:

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across THRFG's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions on social media, fostering strong community engagement and positive relationships.
  • Maintain and update THRFG’s website content via the CMS, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Support digital advertising campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and Google Grants, working closely with external partners to optimize campaign performance.
  • Analyse digital data, providing insights and recommendations to refine social media and digital strategies for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Creative and Content, Communications, and Campaigns, to ensure alignment across digital platforms.
  • Stay ahead of digital media trends, implementing best practices to strengthen THRFG’s online presence.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture, aligning with the THRFG Code of Conduct and fostering meaningful connections with stakeholders, volunteers, staff, and the general public.
