What you’ll do:
- Delivery Excellence: Develop and maintain evergreen digital product roadmaps and delivery plans that align with business priorities.
- Agile Management: Oversight and facilitation of agile ceremonies, delivery metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet business needs through rigorous testing and validation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Product Managers, Owners, and vendors to develop long term plans and deliver high-value outcomes.
- Process Optimisation: Identify and implement improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Empowerment: Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Financial Oversight and Risk Management: Oversee financials, prepare business cases, and ensure cost-effective delivery.
- Promote Innovation: Promote automation, AI, and emerging technologies to solve business challenges and unlock new opportunities.
What you’ll bring:
- Significant experience in managing and delivering digital products or projects.
- A proven track record in delivering complex digital transformation initiatives.
- Extensive expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in business, project management, or related disciplines.
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are highly regarded
- A passion for tech, innovation, and making a difference.
- Experience in the energy and utilities sector is a plus.
