The role
An opportunity exists for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our Marketing team on a 6 month fixed term contract. You are an experienced Digital Marketer with a sharp eye for performance and an ability to juggle multiple moving parts. This role leads the execution of digital marketing, media and CRM strategies to support commercial growth, customer acquisition, and retention. It ensures alignment across Bloom Hearing’s digital ecosystem while integrating activity across multiple partner brands. The role is central to building a seamless, data-led customer journey across paid, owned and earned channels.
What we are looking for
Working in collaboration with agencies, platform reps, and internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and delivery across multiple brands to balance creative execution and using insights to continuously refine and optimize digital effectiveness. Your responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Define and activate digital marketing and media strategies across paid (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic), owned and earned channels to meet commercial objectives.
- Tailor strategies across Bloom and partner brands to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Own and deliver email marketing and CRM programs to nurture leads and drive customer retention.
- Manage campaign segmentation, automation, and personalization using marketing platforms.
- Ensure integration of multiple brand identities across campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day performance and content across multiple websites, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand identities.
- Lead digital projects including site redevelopment and platform integration. Implement robust tagging and reporting frameworks using GTM and GA4.
- Deliver tactical and always-on campaigns across digital channels (search, social, display, video, email).
- Optimise for performance and ROI, ensuring messaging is adapted appropriately for each brand.
- Monitor channel performance, build dashboards, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Analyse campaign and CRM performance and provide actionable recommendations.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or media, with agency or client-side exposure.
- Expertise across key digital channels—email marketing, paid media, programmatic, and performance marketing—with hands-on experience using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM tools (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot), and programmatic media platforms.
- Proficient with analytics and content tools, such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio, with the ability to deliver insights and manage SEO performance.
- Skilled in using data and insights to brief creative agencies and guide campaign development.
- Previous experience with CMS platforms and managing website content is essential.
