What You’ll Be Doing
This is more than just a tech role, it’s about empowering our people with tools, systems, and mindset to work better and more collaboratively. You’ll be the driving force behind our digital workplace strategy, championing Microsoft 365 adoption, exploring practical AI applications, and ensuring our infrastructure is secure, scalable, and future ready.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the digital workplace transformation – developing and delivering a roadmap that enhances productivity and user experience across the business.
- Championing collaboration tools – driving adoption of Microsoft 365 and other platforms to streamline communication and workflows.
- Exploring the power of AI – partnering with stakeholders to identify practical use cases and pilot innovative solutions that make a difference.
- Overseeing infrastructure and cybersecurity – managing our MSP to ensure services are secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
- Be a change leader – engaging stakeholders, delivering training, and supporting change management to embed new ways of working.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring at least five years’ experience in leading digital workplace initiatives, with deep expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Power Platform).
You’re confident navigating both technical and business environments, with a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity. Your communication skills allow you to engage stakeholders at all levels, and you’ve got a proven track record of delivering digital solutions that drive meaningful change.
Above all, you’re curious, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement and emerging technologies!
