Your New Role
12 Month Max Term position. Open to Melbourne, Sydney OR Brisbane based candidates.
As a Direct Acquisition Growth Remarketing and Adtech Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive direct acquisition growth, optimize remarketing campaigns, and leverage adtech solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement direct acquisition growth strategies to attract and retain customers
- Optimize remarketing campaigns to maximize conversion rates and ROI
- Utilize adtech solutions to enhance targeting, personalization, and overall campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.
How do you exceed our expectations?

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on AdTech or MarTech implementation
- Very strong knowledge of current and emerging marketing technology and journey / experience design
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as SA360, CM360, DV360, Adthena, and dynamic creative platforms
- Five or more years experience in Lifecycle marketing or equivalent role, preferably within financial services
- Deep understanding of data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and consent management platforms
- Strong knowledge of the organisation’s strategy, operations, products and services
- Familiarity with analytics and visualization tools: Adobe Analytics, GA4, Looker, Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Google Ads, GMP certifications, or similar credentials preferred
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to facilitate large groups of executives and other senior staff
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
