We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and community-minded Disability and Community Support Workers to support our clients in Broome and the surrounding areas.
Your role will include:
- Providing personal care (e.g. showering, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with household tasks (e.g. cleaning, meal prep, shopping)
- Supporting clients to achieve goals and maintain independence
- Facilitating community access and participation
- Assisting with transport to appointments and activities
- Promoting social inclusion and mental well-being

About You

Essential:
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willing to obtain
- Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children Check
- Full working rights in Australia
Desirable:
- Previous experience in disability or aged care
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support (Disability), Community Services or similar
- Knowledge of local community and culture (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants strongly encouraged to apply)
