WeKare Disability Support Group is seeking staff for a NDIS participant, you must have experience as a NDIS support worker and Personal Care Attendant. You must have experience with
- Autism
- General Anxiety Disorder (severe)
- Intellectual Disability
- Severe Language Disorder
- ADHD
- ODD
- Separation Anxiety disorder
- Tourette's Syndrome
- Administer medication
- Challenging behaviours
- Personal Care

Experienced flexible workers will be highly considered, who possess skills working with:
- Attention to detail
- Personal care duties
- Experience working with complex clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
A suitable applicant must be flexible and available in the morning from 7am.
WeKare will provide the appropriate training as needed to support all participants.
You will work with a variety of participants over a variety of shifts based on both your preferences and the preferences of participants.
Mandatory documentation is required for employees of NDIS providers.
- 100 points of ID (including a valid driver’s licence).
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current National Police Check (specifying unsupervised with vulnerable persons)
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification
- Infection Control in the Workplace Certification
- NDIS Worker Orientation Certification
- Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate (including booster dose).
- Cert 3 or 4 in Aged Care or Disability Support

Workers will be required to support participant to live as independently as possible, within the parameters of their plan arrangements and behavioural guidelines. Assist participants to achieve their plan goals and participate in the community.
