In this role, you’ll support individuals with disabilities to live more independently, connect with their communities, and achieve their personal goals. No two days are the same - and every day, your work will matter.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting clients with daily personal care and household tasks
- Assisting with transport and community participation
- Encouraging independence, choice, and achievement of personal goals
- Building strong, respectful relationships with clients and their families
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or currently studying Nursing, Allied Health, or related fields)
- Valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening (Yellow Card), Police Check, and Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- Empathy, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $33.96 – $100.27 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
