What You'll Be Doing
We’re on the lookout for two passionate Disability Support Workers to join our Youth Individualized Program (IP) team in Sydney’s Western Sydney. There is potential for a Casual Disability Support Practitioner working from 9am - 3pm. This is more than just a job — it’s about building genuine connections and supporting young people with disability to live their best lives. You’ll be working 1:1 with young clients, helping them:
- Build confidence and independence
- Express themselves through art, cooking, or gardening
- Stay active through yoga, gym, or wellness routines
- Engage with their community and maybe even sell their creative work!
- Support might also include helping with mealtimes, personal care and medication support
What You’ll Need:
- A genuine passion for working with young people
- NSW P2 or full driver’s license
- Ability to work 9.00am to 3.00pm for 4 days a week
- Travel across our day centers in Western Sydney
