We are currently seeking reliable, empathetic, and motivated support workers to join our growing team in the Lower North Shore region of Sydney.
Role Responsibilities
- Provide in-home and community-based support for clients with disabilities and/or aged care clients
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, domestic duties, and mobility support
- Facilitate social and community participation
- Implement individual support and care plans
- Monitor client wellbeing and report any concerns to care coordinators
- Promote independence, choice, and dignity for all clients

Requirements
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or similar
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Right to work in Australia
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $34.00 – $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
