Young Male Disability Support Worker – Youth – Redland Bay
Sunflower Hub is looking for energetic and compassionate young male support workers to join our team in Redland Bay and surrounding areas. This role focuses on supporting children and young people with disabilities in their homes and out in the community, helping them build confidence, independence, and life skills.

What We’re Looking For
- Young male support workers passionate about working with children and youth
- Minimum one year experience in disability or mental health support (lived experience counts too)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
- Availability for weekday mornings, evening, and weekend shifts
About the Role
You will provide one-on-one and group support for young participants at home and during community activities. Your role includes mentoring, assisting with daily routines, and helping them achieve their personal goals. This is a rewarding opportunity to be a positive influence in the lives of young people.
