We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist to join our busy medical practice on Saturdays.
About the Role
- Day: Saturdays and Monday to start with
- Hours: Flexible
- Location: Epping
- Work as the first point of contact for patients in a supportive, team-oriented environment
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and managing the front desk
- Answering phone calls and booking appointments
- Processing Medicare and private billings/payments
- Assisting doctors and nurses with administrative needs
- Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times
About You
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in customer service (medical setting preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with medical software (e.g. Best Practice, Medical Director) desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a professional presentation
