Job description
We are hiring a Disability Support Worker for a client in Archerfield QLD
x 3 days per week | 3 - 4 hours per day
Job duties include:
- Support him with engagement in his home therapy programs
- Provide assistance where required and support him with capacity building
- Support him in making progress towards his therapy goals
- Needs support in formal interactions such as medical appointments
- Support him in EP appointments which is in Eight Mile Plains
Requirements:
- Kind and caring nature with strong communication skills
- Have or willing to obtain an NDIS Check and Police Check
- At least 1 years experience as a Disability Support Worker
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $35.15 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (Preferred)
- Working with Children Check (Preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Preferred)
- National Police Certificate (Preferred)
- Driver Licence (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (Preferred)
