Essential Criteria:
- Must have your own car, reliable and well-presented car for transporting NDIS participants, registered with comprehensive insurance.
- NDIS Worker Clearance, or a willingness to obtain these promptly
- NSW police screening check
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Rights to work in Australia
- Competently support adult NDIS participants with a range of needs.
Candidates must be willing and able to provide personal care support for our male and female participants.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on treating participants with respect, dignity, and warmth.
- Recognise the strengths of our participants and creatively support them to develop these strengths.
- Exceptional work ethic and the highest level of integrity and professional conduct.
Desirable Criteria:
- Ability to undertake weekend shifts.
- Experience in mental health supports.
- Experience in office administration.
- Knowledge of NDIS systems and ,shift care
- A demonstrated history of providing outstanding customer-focused care.
