Job Title: Disability Support Worker (Casual)
Hours: 20-25 hours/week
Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis. You will provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Support clients in participating in community activities and social engagements.
- Implement individual care plans and ensure clients' needs and preferences are met.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in disability support or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in assisting clients using hoist machines
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport.

- First Aid Certification (Preferred)

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Required)
