The Role
We are currently seeking a female support worker, ideally under the age of 40, to assist a participant based in Tongala, VIC. The focus of this role is on community engagement and building confidence and independence through positive social experiences. This is a flexible, ongoing position for a few hours per week, designed to suit both the participant and the support worker.

About the Role
You will be supporting the participant by:
- Facilitating access to community events and social outings
- Encouraging confidence, communication, and community participation
- Supporting the participant to engage in activities that match their interests
- Promoting independence and emotional well-being
- Communicating regularly with the Beyond Health Services team
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A female support worker, preferably under 40 years old
- Friendly, reliable, and able to build rapport easily
- Passionate about inclusion and community involvement
- Able to maintain clear professional boundaries
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Previous experience in disability or community support is preferred but not required
NDIS Compliance Requirements
You must have or be willing to obtain:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid and CPR
- ABN (for contractors)
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check
