Own It – How We Get the Job Done
You’ll support participants through:
- Mentoring & skill development – explore hobbies and personal interests
- Coaching independent living skills – cooking, domestic tasks, social engagement
- Medication support and adherence to individual plans
- Clear documentation – handovers and incident reports
- Personal care – toileting, showering, feeding, dressing
- Community engagement – recreational activities and cultural inclusion
Make It Matter – What You Bring
- Strong communication skills with verbal & non-verbal customers
- Current full driver’s licence
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid & CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus!
