We are seeking a motivated individual who is keen to learn and can support our Caloundra based operation as a manufacturing process all-rounder. Reporting to the Lab Manager, your primary role will be the receiving and dispatching of daily spectacle orders with potential to progress to all facets of the business.
This is a diverse role which will touch many facets of our business, requiring someone who can comfortably transition between tasks with a ‘can do’ attitude is essential. The successful applicant will find themselves an integral member of our professional team.
Key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:
- Receiving and dispatching of daily orders
- Process incoming match up orders
- Ability to communicate and work within a team environment to meet customer needs and deadlines, with a can-do attitude
- Work in partnership with Lab Manager and team members to meet company targets
- Willingness to be flexible in working hours
Previous experience is not required. We are looking for someone with:
- A willingness to work as part of a team
- A commitment to providing consistent quality
- A willingness to learn new skills and ability to cross train into various related tasks
- A strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills
