What you'll be doing
Join our team as a Finance Business Partner, guiding managers to achieve strategic financial outcomes while ensuring sound governance and resource use.
In this role you will be:
- Influencing financial decisions across service portfolios.
- Supporting budget planning, monitoring, and control.
- Providing expert financial and commercial insights.
- Aligning divisional goals with broader strategic aims.
- Working collaboratively with senior finance leadership.

Selection Criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in management, business or accounting or extensive equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated evidence of experience in financial or business management.
- Demonstrated high level interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills that support the primary business function of a large organisation.
- Demonstrated high level analytical skills using financial, statistical, human resources and management data systems to pro-actively improve business performance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, marketing and customer service skills applicable in both a technical and business context.
- Computer and systems literacy; particularly in Microsoft Office products and Oracle financials.
- Demonstrated time management and priority setting skills, proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both within and team environment and independently.
