Document Control Administrator – Part-Time, Fixed-Term Contract

Shred-X Australia is seeking a dedicated Document Control Administrator to support our compliance and quality teams on a 2-day-a-week basis for a 6-month contract.
As part of the Freightways Group, one of Australasia’s leading logistics and information management companies, Shred-X is a national leader in secure destruction and sustainability solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration experience who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment and is looking for flexible, part-time work.
What You’ll Do
- Compile, update, review and upload new and existing documents into our IMS platform (Mango WHS)
- Maintain version control and ensure documents meet compliance requirements
- Optimise document organisation for ease of access and usability
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather, update, and finalise documentation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the IMS
What You Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in administration, document control, or compliance support
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
- Excellent written communication and document formatting skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with document control systems (Mango WHS or similar) is highly regarded
