The Office of Future Students are seeking a dynamic individual for Domestic Student Recruitment based in Sydney, who will be instrumental in driving enrolment objectives for both undergraduate and graduate programs. As a key member of the team, you will develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies, focusing on generating leads within specific market regions to meet our performance goals. This role will involve crafting strategic plans, enhancing domestic student recruitment, and engaging in proactive sales to foster growth.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategic and operational plans to bolster domestic student recruitment.
- Enhancing lead generation by effectively representing and promoting Bond University.
- Building and nurturing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding and promoting Bond's pathway programs and academic offerings.
- Delivering exceptional client service to all university clients and stakeholders.
This role may also require working outside normal business hours and local and interstate travel. Location of Position
This Sydney-based role involves regular travel within designated Sydney zones, across Australia, and to the Gold Coast, as required.
About the person
The ideal applicant will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, or a related field, complemented by experience in business development and/or sales.
- A proven track record in developing and executing student recruitment strategies or equivalent experience in business development and sales.
- Advanced skills in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including public speaking and presentation skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in setting goals, utilising data for informed decision-making, and understanding of the tertiary education sector.
Applicants must hold or be able to obtain a current Blue Card.
Salary details
The salary range for this full-time position is $96,222.23 to $110,164.68 per annum, commensurate with skills, qualifications and experience, plus 17.5% superannuation.
