What's On Offer:

This is an exciting opportunity to join ABN Group as a Draftsperson and be part of the Greenfields Drafting team. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in translating home designs into technical drawings and documentation, contributing to the successful execution of new homes in Greenfields areas.

What You'll Do:

• Interpret and analyse architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams using Archicad software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain thorough documentation and record-keeping practices.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

What You'll Bring:

You will have a proven ability in Architectural Drafting, ideally working for a volume builder.

You will also have:

• Diploma or Certificate IV in Drafting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Archicad or other relevant 3D CAD software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards (NCC and ResCode) and regulations.
