Our Martini division in Ingleburn is a leading manufacturer of nonwoven products, known for quality, safety, and reliability. We're looking for a skilled and motivated Dual Line Operator to join our production team and help us deliver on our commitment to excellence.
As a Dual Line Operator, you'll be hands-on with our production equipment, manufacturing nonwoven products to exact specifications, optimising machine performance, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. You'll also provide leadership and training for End of Line Operators, playing a key role in a high-performing team.
What you'll be doing
- Operating and monitoring production equipment to meet output, quality, and safety targets.
- Performing product size changes and adjustments during production runs.
- Recording production data accurately and maintaining master samples/specifications.
- Supervising and mentoring lower-level operators.
- Completing quality checks and reporting out-of-spec products.
- Assisting with minor technical maintenance and reporting issues promptly.
- Promoting and maintaining a safe workplace at all times.
What you'll bring
- Previous manufacturing or production line experience (FMCG, textiles, or similar).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic fault-finding skills.
- Leadership or training experience in a team environment.
- Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, night).
- Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain).
