We are an iconic pub located in the gateway of Sydney’s North-West with unmatched heritage. We currently undertaking a renovation to introduce to our loyal customers and the public at large a cool ripper beer garden, amazing boutique bar, and a deep passion for amazing food – including a some of the industries most awarded chefs – a Steakhouse. We take pride in our seasonal menu changes and will be linking up with local producers and all the pub staff will participate in our cool bevvies – aged beers and different cocktails – so we operate in a very hands-on manner and enjoy the experience of handing on the passion of operating a big venue with an attention to detail that has proven successful across our past venues.We also provide our staff with access to great employee benefits. What skills do you need?
- Passionate about our team and their work.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Ideally have a passion for developing people;
- Great experience in training and upskilling talents;
- Experience with a food driven venue
- Friendly, positive and approachable attitude
- Good banter and up for a challenge
