Are you a motivated hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and great service? Hurlstone Park Hotel is on the lookout for a Full-Time Duty Manager to join our dynamic team and help lead one of the Inner West’s favourite local pubs.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the venue
- Leading and supporting staff across bar, gaming, and floor
- Ensuring high standards of customer service at all times
- Managing cash handling, stock control & compliance
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for staff and patrons
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven experience in a similar hospitality supervisory or duty manager role
✅ Current RSA & RCG certifications
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
✅ A genuine love for people and the pub scene!
