Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis management)
- Current Working with Children Check (WWC)
- Thorough understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Knowledge of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF)
- Proven experience in a similar role
- A team-player mentality with a passion for child development
