About Us
Welcome to our newly established Early Learning Centre in Springvale! As we continue to grow rapidly, we are excited to expand our team with dedicated and passionate educators. Our centre, catering to 106 children aged 6 months to 6 years, is dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and enriching environment where children can explore, learn, and grow through a blend of play-based and inquiry-based Reggio Emilia inspired approach.
Our vision is to achieve excellence in early childhood education and inspire learning and innovation in children, families, and the community. We strive to provide the highest quality care, education, and services to our children, families, and the wider community. Our unique approach ensures our services stand out, supported by robust pedagogy, curriculums, and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe and excited to learn.
Plan and implement engaging educational programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff to support the overall development and well-being of the children.
Build strong, positive relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and daily activities.
Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Qualifications and Experience
A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.
Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
Previous experience working in an early childhood setting is preferred.
Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
First Aid Certificate (including Anaphylaxis and Asthma training).
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
