About Thrive North Gosford (Koolyangarra)
Established in 1991, our North Gosford centre has deep roots in the local community. This purpose-built centre is known for its warm, welcoming atmosphere and long-standing team of educators who build strong connections with children and families.
The centre boasts a large, leafy outdoor yard, ideal for discovery, play, and hands-on learning adventures.

About the Traineeship Role

As a Trainee Educator, you’ll learn on the job while supporting our team to:
- Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children and families

- Assist with observations and documentation (don’t worry — we’ll teach you how!)
- Grow your skills while making a real difference, every single day
