What You Will Be Working On
Reporting to our Ecommerce Manager, in addition to flexing across all areas of Ecommerce, you'll master four distinct but interconnected areas of responsibility:
Product Management - You'll take ownership of product registration and data collation, ensuring every item has complete, accurate information and compelling imagery. From initial product setup through to ongoing maintenance, you'll be the guardian of our product database integrity.
Promotional Campaign Preparation - You'll prepare promotional campaigns that capture attention and drive conversions, coordinating all elements from pricing updates to promotional messaging to ensure campaigns launch flawlessly and on schedule.
Financial Operations & Supplier Relations - You'll manage the complete order lifecycle including placement, receipting, reconciliations, and invoice processing. You'll also track and manage supplier rebates, ensuring we maximize every partnership opportunity while maintaining accurate financial records.
Logistics & Compliance Coordination - You'll work closely with our 3PL partners to optimize stock management processes and ensure all products are correctly classified with appropriate DG (Dangerous Goods) attributes for safe shipping and storage compliance.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has 2 years + demonstrated experience in a similar Ecommerce role with online data experience
- Possesses exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Shows genuine enthusiasm for ecommerce and understanding of online customer behaviour
- Has experience with order management systems, supplier coordination, and basic financial processes
- Communicates effectively with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
- Takes initiative and proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are paramount
