We are now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team at our Erskine Park service. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality, inclusive learning programs while working closely with the Centre Director to help our service continue striving for Exceeding.
About the Role
- Lead engaging, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Create stimulating indoor and outdoor learning environments that foster curiosity and growth
- Observe, document and assess children’s learning and development
- Collaborate with and mentor fellow educators to ensure practice is consistent with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
- Support the Centre Director in achieving excellence across all areas of the service
- ACECQA-approved Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Current Working with Children Check
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS, with experience implementing high-quality programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using technology for programming and documentation
- Current approved First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
