Your Role

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team.
• Create and implement innovative learning programs.
• Contribute to our dynamic Guardian Curriculum.
• Document and share children’s learning journeys.

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards it)
• Experience in long day care
• Solid knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
• Current Working with Children Check
