Your Next Role
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting our preventative and corrective maintenance strategy across operational assets at our manufacturing site. Whether you are local, looking for FIFO or DIDO flexibility, or open to relocating, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, safety-first team in a hands-on, technically rewarding role.

- Support maintenance and production teams to identify, plan, and deliver preventative and corrective tasks that enhance plant safety, reliability, and performance.
- Approach work with a strong team mindset and a “be of service” attitude to build effective, respectful working relationships.
- Execute maintenance and inspection tasks to ensure electrical safety, asset reliability, and availability of materials and spare parts.
- Focus on proactive maintenance—eliminating future failures through a continuous improvement mindset.
- Electrical trade qualification with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Qualified in electrical trade with experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Confident with PLC and SCADA systems (Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi experience highly regarded).
- Skilled in instrumentation systems, control logic, AC drives, and fault-finding.
- Strong planning, communication, and service delivery skills—comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
- Open to site-based work at our Tumbarumba Mill (near the Snowy Mountains NSW), with FIFO, DIDO, or relocation assistance available depending on your circumstances.
