We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our dynamic production team.
About You
In this dynamic and hands-on role, you will be at the forefront of assembling cutting-edge electronic products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance with both customer and company specifications.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic products in accordance with supplied documentation, specifications and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Operate automated assembly machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring consistent quality output
- Perform basic function tests on completes assemblies to verify performance and compliance
- Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure it aligns with company procedures
- Identify and report defects promptly to the Team Leader
- Experienced in using generic hand tools and soldering irons proficiently and safely
- Understand and apply quality checks for inbound and outbound components
- Manage personal work area and time effectively using Lean manufacturing principals
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace in line with housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to process improvements
- Follow all directives from Team Leaders and the Leadership Team

Qualifications & Experience
- High school certificate equivalent and/or relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Electronics Manufacturing or assembly role
- IPC-A-610 certification or familiarity with customer-specific standards (advantageous)
- Skilled in soldering techniques and use of assembly tools
- Ability to read interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in assembly and inspection
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Effective problem solving and analytical thinking
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal and interpersonal effectiveness
- Commitment to safety protocols including ESD handling
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace change
