We’re currently seeking a passionate and experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join our dynamic People & Culture team. This is a pivotal role responsible for managing workplace investigations, including Whistleblower cases, Workcover psychosocial claims, and standard employee relations matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage workplace investigations from intake to resolution.
- Triage and assign cases based on complexity and scope.
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters.
- Represent P&C in Whistleblower Committee meetings.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in ER case management practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an Employee Relations role.
- Strong understanding of Industrial Relations and Equal Employment Opportunity legislation.
- Proven experience in case management and working with line managers.
- HR qualification (desirable).
- Analytical mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in facilitating training and workshops.
