Looking to start a new role outdoors? Join our family-run farm in the beautiful Young district, where we grow fresh cherries and stone fruit. We’re currently hiring for a general orchard hand – and no previous experience is necessary!
* About the Role:
You’ll work closely with our friendly and experienced team to learn all aspects of orchard life, including:
- Helping with tree pruning and training
- Assisting with harvest
- General orchard maintenance
- Supporting irrigation and farm duties
- Learning how to use basic machinery and tools
* We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good physical fitness (it’s active, outdoor work!)
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team and follow direction
- A safe and respectful approach to work
