Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing business systems? D&D Technologies is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead the implementation, management, and enhancement of our Epicor ERP system across global operations.

About the Role
As our ERP Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our ERP system supports and integrates with key business functions including finance, operations, HR, and sales. You’ll lead ERP-related projects, provide expert guidance to end-users, and drive continuous improvement across our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the selection, implementation, and customization of ERP systems (Epicor).
- Ensure system functionality through maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate ERP with internal and external business systems for unified operations.
- Lead data extraction and reporting initiatives.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate across departments to align ERP capabilities with business needs.
- Manage and support ERP-related projects globally.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as an ERP Manager or similar role.
- Expertise in Epicor ERP, especially in:
- Financial Management
- Sales Management
- Production Management
- Material Management
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL programming experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to respond to business-critical needs with agility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data governance, technical management, and network administration.
- Experience with product costing systems and personnel management.
