About the role:
The Evaluation Officer (qualitative focus), plays a key role in supporting evaluation projects within the Victorian Government (Department of Health and Department of Families, Fairness and Housing). Primary responsibilities involve assisting with the design and implementation of evaluations, using various methodologies to contribute to the development of recommendations that align with government priorities. The role works closely with team members to gather and analyse data, helping to address complex issues with practical, evidence-based insights. Your work will contribute to informed decision-making and the improvement of service delivery.

About you:
- Tertiary qualified in public health, evaluation, psychology, health and social sciences, public policy, or another discipline with a strong evaluative and qualitative research methods focus component?
- Have a tertiary qualification in other fields but with work experience in the above fields and experience in qualitative evaluation techniques?
- Excited and apssionate using evidence to make a difference?
